The owner can talk to all his Admins and Moderators every day, face to face, so if you want something to happen or be changed on the server, he can do so easily and quickly.

Yes, we do have a court. You can request pretty much anything REASONABLE ( :) ) in court.
The owner is Judge.
Along with our court, we have the Jail Plugin to jail bad players.
